This is a Long Termers Park only! They have three overnight spaces. We failed to make reservations at our regular park in Shreveport and had to stay here one night. The sites were level but very close and tight to get in and out of. The electric connections were old but appeared to be ok. No cable or wifi available, good cell service. There is a lot of Highway noise. It is next to a Truck Stop. It was a cold night so the truckers ran their engines all night, all you could smell was diesel fumes. The Manager is new, very friendly! The exit road is rough but if you navigate through the pot holes you should be ok.

This is a very nice campground. All back in sites but the electric is strong, the road noise was not too bad once you had a fan running. This is just a cozy little park that is family ran. Site was level, Wi-Fi was extra but very good signal. Be careful when entering the park. From the main road the entrance sneaks up on you then you need to make a very quick right turn into the park with a slight grade drop. Very close to stores, laundry and movie theater. Very nice staff running the park. Not far from Avery Island and the (Tabasco plant).

We had made a reservation 3 day's in advance, when we arrived we were told there would be no water for several hours. We were OK with that. Our site was a concrete pad that was crumbling apart. My forward jacks began to break the front portion of the slab so we stayed hooked up. The work campers were very nice but warned us to be cautious if we went out after dark. The electrical service was very low (107 volts) so we restricted our usage, we never could log on to the Wi-Fi and the cable TV was not working at the time we were there. Once the water came on we tried to do our weekly laundry and all of the machines were taken by the work campers, they told us they had not been able to do laundry for three days. Around midnight several of the long term guests got into a disagreement and they argued until early morning. This is truly more of a trailer park than a RV Park. The roads are terrible. We spoke with the front desk when we were pulling out and told them of the problems, all they said was "have a safe trip". No concern what so ever!

This is a wonderful park. The staff went beyond belief to make sure we were safe during a terrible storm that passed through. The bathrooms were wonderful, the laundry facilities are great. The Wi-Fi worked excellent. Even though this was a very bad storm we never lost power. The sites are spacious: they have metal tables and chairs on a very nice patio. We were planning on staying one night and decided to stay three.

I rarely stay at KOA's, they tend to be to expensive and the standards are very low. This one is nice. Nice people, clean and I would recommend it to others.

This park is ok: we are having some trouble with our truck so we stayed to have it worked on. Nice people, clean park with mostly long termers, not really an RV park. The sites were level, we did not use the Wi-Fi. The staff was very helpful in finding a mechanic.
